Ahoy Matey!
Summer is in full-force, and 4th of July is just around the corner - can you believe it?! My favorite way to celebrate 4th of July is with a big cookout: hotdogs, portobello mushroom burgers and homemade popsicles! And of course, some awesome red, white and blue outfit.
A nautical / sailor themed one seems appropriate because they usually incorporate some of those three celebratory colors, but I can keep wearing it all Summer long without referencing the Independece holiday. Plus who doesn't love a cute little sailorette dress??
Some of my favorites from Market Publique:
Vintage Red Sailor Dress, modeled by Jessica of What I Wore, Market Publique house store.
Vintage 80s White and Gold Nautical Tunic, The Frippery on Market Publique
Vintage Reconstructed Strapless Sailor Dress, Snowvey on Market Publique
Vintage Reconstructed Sailor Semaphore Tank Top, Market Publique house store
