How I Styled my BeClassic Tee

Brand-new tee line BeClassic is celebrating their launch with a lookbook and rooftop party (next week, stay tuned), and I was thrilled to be part of it. The New York City-based line was started by the ever-stylish Stacey Alvarez, who asked a few local bloggers to style it up with abandon, including moi!
Of course, I was happy to oblige, as putting together outfits is one of my favorite pasttimes, but also because the tees are amazing. Made from buttery soft Modal, they are comfy and soft without looking comfy - this is one polished tee. It has enclosed seams (for real - like French-style), which I love (seams are really the sign of luxury, in my opinion), and no itchy tag. The fit is also perfect, and being petite & not flat-chested, I really appreciate a classic, non-boxy, non-deep armhole tee these days.

I styled the Be Classic navy tank with vintage, of course. The tight fit was perfect for the maxi skirt, and I topped it all off with a vintage Kenneth Jay Lane Egyptian revival necklace, a giant vintage crystal ring, vintage belt and Jon's grandmother's leather jacket. For a contemporary twist, I added the sky-high Jessica Simpson shoes all bloggers seem to have.
Check out all the other ladies featured in the lookbook here, including Christine, Amy, Ann, Jess & Greta. So honored to be in that company!
