Luxe Velvet

I adore velvet for winter, because it's not just festive, it's also warm, soft, and cozy. I love it paired with textured tights, with a sequin or rhinestone piece for a nice shiny / matte contrast.  

I plan to wear something velvet for New Year's Eve, to stand out in a crowd of metallics and be ready for the hug and kiss at midnight (from my hubby Jon, of course!).
