My Purchases at the Manhattan Vintage Show
The Manhattan Vintage Show was a great time. I met wonderful people, and was not able to resist a few vintage items. Pictured below are my glorious purchases. And no buyer’s remorse here!

Vintage Hermès Scarf, from Lofty Vintage
I love this Hermès scarf because it’s so unusual. Lots of ‘H’s dance in a circle and collide in the middle as they become smaller. Very different from the Hermès scarves I usually see, which usually featured various illustrations in various colors, instead of a spare, geometric black and white pattern. Plus, I got a great deal on it because it had a brown stain right next to the logo, but I was able to carefully remove it!

Vintage 60s Paisley Print Morris Moskowitz Clutch, from Hala Vintage
I eyed this purse as soon as I got to the show, and was doing good at holding back, despite my love for paisley. But, as the end of the show was nearing, I panicked, imagined my life without this cutie, and ran to Hala’s booth. Best decision I ever made! It matches everything, is coloful enought to liven up any winter outfit, and versatile enough to carry during Summer with a simple sundress. Plus its lined in pink grosgrain!

Vintage Printed Barrettes, from Poppet
I also bought these adorable spring-closure barrettes from Poppet. They have been instrumental in keeping me coiffed while I grow my bangs out. Plus I love how the prints don’t really match. They, too, go with everything.
