My outfit at IFB Evolving Influence

I bummed wasn't able to attend the whole conference this year, as we were prepping everything for our Fashion's Night Out Pop-Up Shop the next day. But I made it for the last bit and the cocktail party, which was great because I got to chat with some of my favorite internet ladies and catch up on the panels via Livestream later.

The weather just barely got cooler, so I opted for my new staple, this vintage maxi skirt I scored during my last thrifting trip to Florida. I paired it with a colorful tank, a leather sash and some fierce wedges. To echo the silver in my shoes I opted for this snakelike silver necklace from Verseau Vintage.

As I was heading out the door, I noticed I had taken the necklace off for some reason or another, probably amidst all the furniture moving for the shop. So I grabbed my trusty vintage Rader necklace, because a bunch of Buddhas stuck together is way easier to find than a smaller necklace... Oh well. Not to worry, since then I have rescued the snakelike necklace from the depths of my handbag (of course!), and it is now safe in my jewelry drawer to come out for the next outfit.
