Scheduling Listings and Auto Relisting

 

Yes! There is a way to schedule your listings. You can watch this video for help too. 

 

1. Go to Sell An Item & Select a Category.

 

 

2. After you select a category, you will get to the listing page, you will see a field that says "Starting Date". 

 

BONUS FEATURE: You can set your listings to auto-relist after they have ended! Our auctions run 3, 5, 7 or 10 days. Our fixed price listings run up to 30 days - so if you set auto-relisting, you could have your listing up for up to 5 months!

 

3. Fill in your starting date using the little calendar icon / date picker or type in the date in this format YYYY-MM-DD & the time in this format HH:MM:SS - Our clock is set to EST (GMT -5) and is 24 hours, so 9pm EST is 21:00:00.

 

 

• Your published listings will be placed in My Account > Active Listings. 

 

• Your scheduled listings will be placed in My Account > Pending Listings.

 

 

You can edit any Active or Pending Listing (unless your have a bid) by going to that page and clicking Edit next to the listing.  You can also start listings before their scheduled time by checking the "Start Now" box next to the listing and then pressing the "Process Listings" button at the bottom of the page.

 

For pending listings, the only thing you CAN'T edit is the "Starting Date". However, the work-around is to go to Pending Listings, check the Start Listing box and 'Process Listings', then go into Active Listings and Close the listing, then go to Closed Listing and relist it with the correct Scheduled Date.
